Excellent service!

My son purchased a car in January 24, we had some issues with the engine light flashing on and off. Thought we should get it checked out and was advised by our local garage it required £4,857 worth of work! Obviously, (not being a mechanic) we were completely shocked by this. We contacted Marcus the same day within a couple of hours he had contacted the garage arranged collection to take it back to get a second opinion with a Ford specialist. THANK GOD HE DID! The second quote determined that the core plugs had corroded and simply needed replacing. Marcus arranged for the repair, diagnostic machine test AND safety check on the vehicle having it delivered back to our front door less than 24 hours later.THE BIGGEST THANK YOU TO MARCUS AND HIS DAD for keeping us updated all the way and being the most helpful, efficient guys in town!
